Have You Overlooked The Spare Tire For Your Car
The other day I was driving along to get an ice cream as a treat. The day was going great and all was well, until I felt a sudden jolt. I knew I wasn’t hit by another vehicle, but I pulled into a parking lot anyway to see what was going on. Sure enough, I had a flat tire.
With the cheap tire that is on my car at the moment this somehow was not a big surprise. But what was a surprise was when I opened up the trunk and found no spare tire! Talk about a bad day overtaking what had been a good up to that point. Needless to say, I got on the phone with a friend who came and helped me out.
The moral of the story is to be sure you have a spare tire in your trunk at all times. And be sure to check the air pressure in it as well because over the years it may have lost most of its air.
