Interviews Can Be Very Stressful For A Fresh Graduate

Sana was on her way to a job interview. This would have been her second job interview ever since she finished school. The opening was for a secretary. She had good communication skills. She was also fast and accurate at typing. She knew how to work on microsoft office applications. Sana was very nervous about her interview. Upon reaching the office, she was asked to wait with other candidates in the waiting room. The interviews were based on testing the candidates on various subjects and analyze their skills. The shortlisted candidates would be interviewed and the decision would be made. They were made to give an online test, this would help the employer judge the typing speed and their knowledge of office administration. Sana knew how to work on excel but she was supposed to randomize a list in it and did not know how to do it. She asked another candidate for help and said, “how do I randomize a list in excel“? The other candidate did not help her. So she left that question blank. She knew everything else and made it to the next level. But her nervousness got in the way and she failed that interview.
