Many people have a hard time believing all the TV ads which showing people renting hotel rooms at ridiculously low prices online. Quite a few viewers will probably dismiss these advertisements as a scam but they are not; half moon bay hotels.
Hotels really are willing to rent rooms for very low prices because hotel companies loose money whenever a room sits empty. The owner still has to pay the mortgage, electricity, employees’ salaries, water, sewer, gas, property taxes and many other expenses when hotel rooms are sitting empty. If the owner can rent the room for a lower price, it can still defray some of these expenses.
Hotels often have rooms sitting empty so they have little or nothing to loose by trying to rent rooms at lower rates. This means those silly ads about the great prices on hotel rooms are real. The only catch is that those rates will not be available if the hotel is full.
